We have extensive experience of acting in a wide range of matters for businesses and individuals from the small claims court through to complex commercial disputes in the Courts together with specialist matters in the Lands Tribunal, Employment Tribunal and HMLR Adjudicators Court.

Litigation should always be seen as the last resort and therefore each client’s case is assessed at the earliest possible stage to establish:

The strength of the client’s case (If we feel the client’s case is without good prospects we will warn them as soon as this becomes apparent without wasting valuable time and costs)
The best procedure, strategy and tactics to be adopted to achieve the desired outcome.( If we feel the client would benefit and the circumstances are right we will advise the client to seek early and cost-effective settlement of commercial issues through the use of Mediation and Arbitration. If however, the client’s case demands the full pursuit of remedies (or resolute defence) at law through the Courts we will not hestite to advise the cleint and represent the client throughout the proceedings.
