Looking to buy a New Build Property?

Purchasing a newbuild property differs in several ways to the purchase of an established property.

You will be required to exchange contracts, generally, within 28 days of signing reservation paperwork and we will treat your file with priority to ensure that, subject to mortgage offer and satisfactory contract documentation, the deadline is met.

In addition, a new-build property may not be ready to move into for many months, and we can assist you in the planning stage to ensure that you are aware of the implications of this.
