Having represented businesses for in excess of 55 years, Michael Leighton Jones Solicitors have an understanding of clients’ commercial needs and offer specialist advice on all types of issues faced by businesses small and large.

We also act for a number of Charitable and “Not for Profit” organisations. As well as providing advice for the,

set-up, change and improvement for commercial advantage of our client businesses we are also able to provide advice, support and (when necessary) effective representation at Court or Tribunal in relation to contentious matters such as employment, contract and litigation should such issues affect our clients or their businesses.

We conduct much of our commercial client’s business electronically but we also meet our commercial clients at both Bargoed and Tredomen offices. For larger meetings, we are able to offer, by arrangement, board meeting room facilities at our offices.
